We wanted to share our excitement for one our teams’ daughters who are competing in a Welsh talent competition this week called, 'Can I Gymru'.Elis Griffiths our RMX Distribution Manager, has two talented daughters who have recorded a song together, this will be broadcasted on the radio this week, and hopefully sees them winning!The competition is based on public votes, which opens Friday evening on their website.If anyone would like to support them here’s the website:

Congratulations to Michael Richards on completing

Congratulations to Michael Richards on completing his NVQ Level 3 Land-Based Engineering.Michael's journey with us began in 2015, fresh out of school and uncertain about his career path. It was his father, Paul, an experienced Plant Fitter at GD Harries, who guided him to consider a career in our company.After a month of work experience at one of our quarries, Michael was so intrigued, and the company was so impressed with his enthusiasm that he was offered a role as a ‘fitters mate’. Since then, he has completed his Level 2 HGV Mechanical Engineering Course and Level 3 Land Based Engineering.Michael’s career aspirations are a testament to his commitment to GD Harries. We look forward to him developing within the business and expanding his knowledge and skills. A journey we are proud to be a part of.
